Garlic Pickle

Our Garlic Pickle recipe is like no other. We preserve the cloves in sweet and savoury spices, mustard oil and apple cider vinegar. The flavour of the pickle has a unique smokey tinge, balanced with the sweetness of jaggery and the aromatic flavour of mustard.
